Majority Engine Privacy Notice

Majority Engine is a campaign cashflow planning tool. We collect only the information needed to create user accounts, route users to the right campaign workspace, calculate cashflow, support the product, and protect the system.

  • Majority Engine may collect name, email address, campaign role, organization, campaign, optional phone number, campaign workspace settings, cashflow records, imports, reconciliation status, login records, support records, and limited technical information needed for security and support.
  • Do not submit bank usernames, bank passwords, payment processor passwords, private keys, full card numbers, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, or unnecessary personal identity documents.
  • We use information to authenticate users, manage workspace access, calculate cash on hand and projections, support users, investigate security issues, and maintain reliable service.
  • Campaign workspace data should be available only to authorized users and approved Majority Engine operators. We do not sell campaign workspace data.
  • Users are responsible for verifying imported data, reconciling account balances, and making sure financial, reporting, and compliance decisions are reviewed by qualified professionals.
